Food is awesome, service was great ! Will definitely recommend for dosa lovers, I wish they would offer additional sambar and chutney at no cost though.
Outstanding food. We ordered the pav bhaji and paneer dosa and it was cooked to perfection. No nonsense ambience. Quick service. And oh, if you're craving beverages, you can't miss their rose milk and mango lassi on a warm spring day. Will return to sample their other dosa flavors.
Great food! Definitely a once a month stop for us... The service is super fast! The sign has to be changed though. Wonderful yummy South Indian food. Best I have ever had locally in Bay Area.
Wonderful food and kind people. I'm very impressed by the dosas, the sambar soup and the 3 flavorful chutneys included with each dosa. The dosa itself is very filling and I appreciate all the vegetarian and vegan options that are offered alongside the meat options. The mango Lassi was also incredibly delicious! Note: There isn't really a sign, so you have to look carefully once you are in the Plaza. Think of it as a dosa quest. But once you find it, you know where it is for next time. :)

I'd never had idly or dosas before and this was a great intro!! Food- We ordered plain idly, ghee roast dosa, masala dosa and chicken dosa. Everything was delicious but I couldn't handle some of the spiciness of ONE of the chutneys and the chicken dosa - that's just my faulty taste buds. Service- they call your name & you pick up everything. The workers seemed friendly enough. You can pick up your own leftover box to go but you need to ask for the special cups for any leftover chutney and sambar. Ambiance- extremely casual. There are sinks to wash hands. Not busy on a Friday 12:30-2pm for lunch. Will definitely return to try more!!
I like to try new local restaurants and foods I've never tried in new cities. I'm in Antioch for work and Yelp gave ID Cafe 5 stars, so, of COURSE I tried it. I'd never eaten Dosa before and asked for a recommendation based on my allergies and spice preferences. Super helpful staff guided my choice and I was definitely not disappointed. The crepe like texture is perfectly crunchy on the exterior and the filling is savory and spiced superbly. Three accompanying chutneys are also great! 10/10 would eat again!
Food was ready very quickly, nice takeout packaging, and overall solid food. The masala dosa was tasty. Not the best I've had, but not bad at all. The dosas are filling and the chutneys were pretty good. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Clean interior, staff was friendly and efficient.
